The Black Label series offers an ownership experience that far transcends simply buying a car. Available on three models (MKZ, MKC and MKX), the Black Label experience is centered around creating a truly personalized vehicle beginning with a curated collection of designer interior themes featuring rare, high-end materials. Along with creating a unique design experience, membership comes with a host of exclusive privileges. The Black Label experience not only engages your creativity, sense and imagination, it offers the ultimate in luxury, comfort and service.
Your journey begins when you walk into the dealership. Buying a Black Label series vehicle starts when your specially-trained personal liaison takes you into the comfortable designer lounge where you’ll be offered a beverage and introduced to all of the options available for customizing your vehicle. If you can’t make it to the dealership, your liaison will come to your home or office, complete with samples of the luxurious leather, suede and wood finishes available, to work with you to design the perfect vehicle!
Customize Your Car to Fit Your Taste
Interior finishes are available in six designer packages (Oasis, Center Stage, Modern Heritage, Muse, Thoroughbred and Indulgence) and feature high-end materials with details like perforated designs on the plush leather seats and doors and Zircote or striped wood accents on the doors, dash and steering wheel. If you choose to visit the Black Label Lounge, you can relax with a beverage while you work with your dedicated salesperson to configure your car on a large screen. Here, you can also see and touch samples of the leathers, suedes, and woods of each of the four interior themes. Your car can come in any one of six unique exterior colors.
Your customer experience doesn’t end when you’ve configured your vehicle. Membership includes a detailed service plan including a complimentary four-year 50,000 mile premium maintenance package that covers all maintenance and wear (including such things as brakes, fan belts and wiper blades), free car washes and an annual detailing. Once you’ve purchased the car, it can even be delivered directly to your home or office (if it is within 30 miles of the dealership). Lincoln will even come to your home and pick up your car for service appointments. Your membership card also entitles you to discounts at a special network of fine dining restaurants!
